"Am I missing something, or is there just no follow-up?"
I reached out and expected someone to get back to me, but nobody ever did. Am I missing something here? The communication was just really poor, and there was no follow-up at all...

"Tracking Was Frustrating"
The order tracking barely updated, so I was basically left guessing the whole time. I kept checking and checking, but there just wasn’t much new info at all.

"Clear and Comfortable After a Short Adjustment"
The lenses came out really clear and feel comfortable on my eyes. It did take me about a day to fully adjust to them, but after that they felt easy to wear. Overall, I’m happy with them and I’d say they were a good choice for me.

"Still not fixed"
Had a problem with my glasses order. Simple thing, honestly. They kept saying someone would call me back. Never happened. I had to explain the same issue again and again. Weeks later, still not fixed. Really frustrating.

"Not Much That Worked for Me"
I went in hoping to find a pair of frames I really liked, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the styles looked similar, and the color options weren’t really my thing. The prices weren’t bad, so that part was fine, but I ended up leaving empty-handed. Just didn’t feel like there was much there that suited my face

"Wish I Hadn’t Fallen for the Promo"
I signed up after seeing a big glasses promo on stantonoptical, i regret wasting my time. Once I started choosing frames, the discount barely seemed to apply. It kept saying certain styles or lenses were excluded, but that wasn’t really clear before I got into the checkout process. By the end, the total was way higher than the ad made it seem like it would be. Maybe there was fine print I missed, but it felt misleading. I left annoyed and wish I hadn’t bothered with their “deals” in the first place

"Incorrect Bill and No Help"
My bill was wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, it felt like no one really cared. I get that mistakes happen, but basic decency would be listening to a customer and at least trying to make things right.

"Long wait and a rushed exam"
I had to wait in the queue for quite a while before being seen, which was already frustrating. Then the eye exam itself felt really rushed, and I left feeling like my prescription might not be quite right. The staff didn’t explain much to me either, so overall it wasn’t a great experience

I ordered a pair of glasses from stantonoptical and they just didn’t really fit the way I wanted. Not a huge deal, so I sent them back. The return process was straightforward once I figured out what I needed to do, and customer service did answer the question I had. The refund took longer than I thought it would, maybe a little over a week or so, but it did come through. Overall it was a decent experience, just not the fastest

"Good for the price, but fit could be better"
I order from stantonoptical and the glasses looked fine when they arrive. The style is nice, but the fit was just okay for me. After wearing them a few hours, they start feeling kinda tight behind my ears. The nose pads are decent tho, so that part didn’t really bother me. Not bad for the price, I just wish they adjust a little better.

"Decent exam, but a bit pushy with extras"
So... the eye exam itself was totally fine, and the staff was nice enough. But I did feel like they kept trying to get me to add on extras the whole time, coatings, upgraded lenses, different options, all of that. I told them I was trying to keep things affordable, but it still kept coming up. I did end up getting my glasses, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of uncomfortable.

"Pricing felt hit or miss"
At first the prices seemed really affordable, but once I got to checkout, the total was way higher than I expected. The extra fees and lens options weren’t explained very clearly, so I kept having to ask what things actually cost. Maybe it works out for some people, but for me it was a miss. I probably won’t go back

"The Great Warranty Runaround"
Tried to use the warranty and what a joke. First I got one answer, then another, then I got to enjoy the classic “please wait while nobody helps you” routine. The whole thing felt like a customer service obstacle course run by the Warranty Wizards. Funny how helpful everyone is before they have your money, and then suddenly it’s ghost town.

"Simple adjustment turned into a hassle"
I went in just needing a quick adjustment, but my glasses somehow came back fitting worse than before. One side was still sitting weird, and when I tried to explain it, they made me feel like I was just being picky. I also felt kind of left in the dark about what they actually did to fix them, since nothing was really explained. Ended up going somewhere else to get them adjusted properly. not worth the hassle.

"Billing Wasn’t What I Was Told"
From what I remember, they told me my insurance would cover it, but then I ended up getting charged more when I checked out. The staff seemed a bit unsure about everything, and the whole process took way longer than I expected. Just left feeling frustrated.
